Tečaj Osnove Hidraulike – Industrijske Vježbe

Ciljevi učenja prilagođeni su sadržaju koje je predložio Federalni zavod za strukovno obrazovanje i osposobljavanje u Berlinu (BIBB). Projektni zadaci su praktične vježbe koje daju pravu sliku onoga što ste dešava u industriji. Izgled vježbi je sa didaktičkog aspekta strukturiran i objašnjava izvršenje individualnih vježbi korak-pokorak. Upoznajte svijet močne hydraulike na jednostavan i razumljiv način.

Opis proizvoda

Cilj: Hidraulički uređaji i sadržaj za praktične vježbe su pogodani za provedbu ciljeva učenja i sadržaja učenja koji se odnose na industrijske tečajeve. Ovo je baza za još naprednije industrijske tečajeve jer se obuka provodi na pravim industrijsko-hidrauličnim uređajima i simuliraju se pneumatski procesi koji su sastavni dio industrijske opreme i uređaja.

Trajanje tečaja: 20 poslijepodneva po 4 školska sata

1. hydraulic basics related to the project exercises
2. a practical introduction to the project exercises (identifying hydraulic components)
3. design of a hydraulic system (example calculation)
4. hydraulic pump: function, pressure-flow characteristic
5. differential cylinder function, pressure conversion, velocity, filling volume
6. hydraulic motor function, torque, speed, pressure differential
7. directional valve: set-up, function, piston shapes
8. check valve function
9. pilot-operated check valve: function
10. throttle valve: function, pressure differential flow characteristic
11. throttle valve: function, supply and discharge throttling
12. flow control valve: function, flow pressure differential characteristic
13. direct-operated pressure relief valve / pilot-operated function, pressure-flow characteristic

Tečaj se održava: Rijeka 18:00-22:00

Ispit: Ako pozitivnog rezultata dobiva se Certificate. Kod nedovoljnoga rezultata polaznik dobiva potvrdu o sudjelovanju.
